The premise is, there are manager behaviors that negatively impact an employee, their well being, and their productivity. In the end, these negative behaviors impact the bottom line of a company's profits. These are behaviors that can be avoided. This course can also be used by those desiring to become a manager by helping prepare them for the responsibilities of management and avoiding costly behaviors.
