Everyone should be able to defend themselves in a no way out situation. It is better to be a warrior in a garden thant a gardener in a war. Better to be prepared and nothing ever happening thant to not be prepared and something bad happening.Also you will get 2, yes 2 diet plans, for both Losing and Gaining weight, and building Muscle. Both plans are packed far a week, with macro nutrients for every meal and structure on how to diet.First things first, in this course I will give you the basic essentials in the main sports, from Boxing to grappling and basic kicking, but note that all of these techniques are for self-defense in a no way out situation, in any other way you should try to avoid confrontation, because the factors that can go wrong are numerous. You can get jumped by multiple people, you can get attacked by a lethal weapon or worse. On the other hand you can do serious damage and get sued for that, so whatever you learn here, make sure to use it only in a fighting gym or in a no way out situation, always stay safe and avoid serious problems.Now that we have that out of the way, the course will consist in several things, basic stance, techniques and defenses for Boxing and Grappling, we will also add some basic kicking just for defenses.
