Qualitativ kaum von drei mal so großen Dateien zu unterscheiden,
auch Dank des neuen x265-Codecs, der allerdings nicht von allen Geräten abgespielt werden kann.

Wenn ihr diese Hürde allerdings meistern könnt, bekommt ihr wirklich sehr gute Qualität bei einer sehr geringen Größe.
Ich spreche hiermit also alle an, die wenig Speicherplatz und/oder eine langsame Internetleitung haben;
oder wer sich einfach mal davon überzeugen möchte, dass man auch mit geringen Dateigrößen ein schönes Erlebnis haben kann.

Kate Carter (Daisy Edgar-Jones) ist eine ehemalige Sturmjägerin, die während ihrer Zeit auf dem College eine verheerende Begegnung mit einem monströsen Tornado hatte und deshalb nun in New York City nur noch auf Bildschirmen Sturmabläufe studiert.
Ihr Freund Javi (Anthony Ramos) lockt sie trotzdem zurück ins Feld, um ein bahnbrechendes neues Ortungssystem für die tödlichen Stürme zu testen. Dort kreuzen sich ihre Wege mit Tyler Owens (Glen Powell), dem charmanten und rücksichtslosen Social-Media-Superstar, der davon lebt, seine Abenteuer bei der Sturmjagd mit seiner ausgelassenen Crew zu posten - je gefährlicher, desto besser. Als sich die Sturmsaison zuspitzt, werden noch nie dagewesene, furchterregende Phänomene entfesselt.
Kate, Tyler und andere konkurrierende Teams finden sich mitten in den Pfaden mehrerer Sturmsysteme wieder, die über Zentral-Oklahoma zusammenlaufen und kämpfen um ihr Leben.
